Full Sail University is now accepting applications for Course Director to teach Fundamentals of Web Design, for its Internet Marketing Bachelor of Science degree program. This full-time position will be available for hire in March 2009.

The Course Director will develop curriculum, teach the new online Fundamentals of Web Design course, and will report to the Program Director of the Internet Marketing Bachelor of Science degree program. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the Course Director will meet with and mentor students, attend faculty development workshops, and participate in campus activities, including meetings and special events.
This course examines the process of creating functional, standards-based content for the internet. Students learn how to use XML and XHTML along with other standards to develop websites.
Job requirements include a Master’s degree in a related area, exemplary oral and written communication skills, and four or more years of work experience in a related field, such as web design. Teaching experience is desired, but not required.
