We are seeking enthusiastic, fun, individuals, with exceptional web skills, to join our talented and growing web team. In this role, you will help shape the instruction of our students as they progress through the new Web Design and Development Degree Program. Our future teammates will be self-motivated individuals that possess knowledge of web techniques and technologies coupled with a desire to share their unique talents.
The Lab Specialist will provide instruction to students and assist students with queries and requests for additional information, follow lesson plans and curriculum as outlined by Course Director, ensure high student retention in labs and participate in monthly departmental meetings.

We are located in Winter Park, Florida, just outside Orlando – one of the world’s foremost tourist destinations. We are looking for candidates with knowledge of web standards and experience in web development as well as knowledge and experience in a variety of programs such as XHTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, and Illustrator, Flash, ActionScript.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree as well as a minimum of three years experience designing, developing, and producing web applications.
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a self-motivated team member and have the ability to help develop lab curriculum.
This position is full time, on campus and requires a flexible schedule to include several evenings to be available to students.
