Faculty Position, Structure of Game Production

Full Sail University is now accepting applications for Course Director for its course Structure of Game Production in the Game Development Bachelor’s Degree Program. This is a full-time teaching position for its on-campus degree.

Full Sail University offers a unique, hands-on, real word education to over 8,000 students from all over the world. We are located in Winter Park, Florida, just outside Orlando – one of the world’s foremost tourist destinations. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and have an outstanding understanding of how to produce a small scoped game from start to finish. The successful candidate will help to develop and maintain curriculum, help teach multiple classes, manage a team of instructors for their class, help mentor students, provide feedback on project progression, and participate in campus activities including special events, project presentations, and graduation.

Job requirements include at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Candidates must also have a minimum of five years of Game or Simulation Development; working in Programming and/or Production is preferred. Having lead or managed one or more full or discipline related teams (programming lead) is a plus.
